Im a mother of four children, struggling to keep up with the increasingly high bills like so many in the world. Well I came home today to find out my water was shut off! I dont know what to do, I owe $1,000 and I cant afford to get it cut back on. Is there truley help out there? My kids shouldnt have to live like this, I need help please!
